Our OEM division goes well beyond Spray-In Bedliners and only caters to the end user or main stream manufacturers. In this division, you will find “Rapid Curing” aromatic, aliphatic and polyaspartic polyurea coatings for protection of Wood, Fiberglass, Steel, Aluminum and Plastic surfaces. All of our current OEM customers are trained by our Service Technicians at their facility using one or more of our GatorHyde coating systems and specified GRACO and or GLASCRAFT, plural component, high pressure, delivery pumps.
GatorHyde OEM division offers materials with gel times as fast as 5 seconds and as slow as 45 seconds. We can provide you with a wide range of elastomeric materials, no matter what your needs. GatorHyde OEM manufactures coatings with hardness ranging from as low as Shore A 35 to a high Shore D 65. Our color stable aliphatic polyura elastomers are both field and laboratory tested and proven to be of the highest quality available in today’s industry.
